徐胜奎，男，博士，硕士研究生导师，毕业于中国农业大学动物医学院预防兽医学专业，研究方向为动物分子病毒学与免疫学。

科研方向：动物病毒的致病机理、动物疫苗及检测方法的研究，目前实验室研究的病毒包括鸡传染性支气管炎病毒，日本乙型脑炎病毒，猪伪狂犬病毒以及猪流行性腹泻病毒等。

研究生课程：《现代兽医免疫学》、《现代免疫学技术》。

本科生课程：《动物免疫学》、《兽医生物制品学》等。
